We create specialty loaded potatoes such as Philly cheesesteak inspired, the Cornato with roasted corn on a baked potato, the Cali with Mexican-marinated carne asada with a delicious house made green salsa, the Chicknato with delicious grilled chicken and green salsa, the Al pastor papa with Mexican-style marinated pork with green salsa, the O.G. with real sliced bacon, and a vegan option with nut-free ingredients! We also have delicious local sweet corn with various toppings: hot sauce, butter, mayo, cotija cheese, chili powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
